LifeScan OneTouch UltraEasy

Step 1
With meter off, insert test strip, push in as far as strip will go (Do not bend teststrip)

Step 2
Code number will appear on display

Step 3
Match code numbers
Compare code number on meter display with code number on test strip vial.
If matching, begin testing, if not see next Step

Step 4
To code meter, scroll up or down with arrow buttons.
When codes match meter is ready for testing.

Step 5
Use a lancet to get a drop of blood.

Step 6
Apply blood sample to top edge of test strip.
When the window is full the meter will count down from 5 to 1 and then display your blood glucose level.

Important: Without enough blood, the meter will not begin to count down, if this happens do not add more blood to that strip, instead test again with a new strip.

Step 7
Result is stored in memory with date and time.

Step 8
Write result in your log book then remove strip, meter will turn off.
