Pontefract 10am to 12noon last wednesday of the month at pontefract library. Hemsworth 10am to 12 noon the first tuesday of the month at the Springs life healthy living centre on southmoor road. Catleford 1pm to 3pm first wednesday of the month at 51 beancroft road. Lupset 10am to 12 noon the 2nd wednesday of the month at st georges crypt, broadway, lupset.
